从分类管理走向多元治理——广东省一流高职院校内部效管理研究

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. At present,China is promoting the construction of world-class universities, and simultaneously promoting first-class higher vocational colleges. In the post- example college of higher vocational education era, first-class higher vocational colleges mean how to break the traditional planned-economy management mode, to reform and innovation, the performance of multi governance as the starting point, this is different from the ordinary undergraduate education mode of governance is the internal. We should ctively adapt to the strategic needs of the country and the market demand, the needs of enterprises, in order to truly play an example-effect in higher vocational colleges and explore the rules of higher vocational education mode of internal governance.%高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分.当前,我国在推进建设世界一流大学的同时,同步推进优质高职院校和一流高职院校工程.在后示范性院校的高职教育时代下,一流高职院校如何打破传统的计划经济时代背景下的"上传下达"管理模式,以绩效改革、创新创业、多元治理为抓手,为高职教育内部治理改革提出不同于普通本科教育的治理模式,主动适应国家战略需求、市场需求、企业需求,才能真正发挥一流高职院校的示范效应,探索符合高职教育规律的内部治理模式.
