本文主要从建构主义理论下教学设计的视角对混合式学习下外语教师的角色定位进行了初步的探讨。混合式学习模式下,教师需要承担教学目标的分析者、情境创设者、学习资源设计者、自主学习设计者、协作学习环境设计者以及学习效果评价设计者等角色。另一方面,由于外语教学的特殊性,混合式学习下教师还需承担语言示范者的角色。%From a perspective of instructional design under constructivism,this paper concluded that foreign language teachers are supposed to play the following roles:the analysts of teaching objectives;the creators of teaching situation;the designers of learning resources;the designers of autonomous learning;the designers of collaborative learning environment and the designers of learning evaluation.In addition,the teachers take the role as a language demonstrator due to the specialty of the foreign lan-guages teaching.
