新媒体技术的发展，资讯传播渠道的日新月异，影响并改变着传统思想政治教育的工作模式。结合新媒体信息传播的特点和高校党员干部的思想实际，构建新媒体环境下平等对话和有效沟通的思想政治教育模式，有利于提高高校党员干部思想政治教育工作的针对性和有效性。%The development of new media technology,information communication channel with each passing day,deeply affect-ing and changing the traditional mode of ideological and political education.Combining the characteristics and reality,con-structing the equal communication and practical education mode is helpful to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideo-logical and political education work for the party members and cadres of colleges.
