高职物流专业“公司化”生产性实训教学模式研究

摘要

当前物流管理专业由于设立时间较短，相关资源投入不足、支持不够等因素大大限制了实践教学的开展，在社会上出现了一定程度的学生就业难、企业招贤难的现象。本文分析了高职物流管理专业校内外实习实训基地存在的普遍问题，讨论在校内自建生产性实体性质小型第三方物流公司的意义，并以此来指导和完善物流管理专业的实训教学活动，培养合格的高素质技能型物流人才。%The short history of the establishment of the major of logistics management,insufficiency of investment and lack of support greatly limit the development of practice teaching,which result in the difficulties of hunting jobs for students,and re-cruiting the employees for enterprises.This paper analyses the prevailing problems of the practice bases on logistics management in and out of three-year colleges,and discusses the significance of the establishment of college -owned small-scale third party logistics companies of the nature of corporatization,so as to guide and perfect the practice teaching,and cultivate excel-lent skilled people on logistics.
