高校图书馆员学术成果评定的新思路

摘要

The rapid development of higher education has put forward higher requirements for the uni‐versity librarians’ professional .Current academic evaluation criteria w hich highlight “the profession‐al” hinder the professional grow th of librarians at colleges and universities to a large extent and expose many drawbacks .Therefore ,it is recommended that the academic evaluation criteria of the librarians at colleges and universities should admit interdisciplinary academic achievements in academic achieve‐ments assessment ,make evaluation according to the classification of disciplines ,and create multi‐dis‐ciplinary comprehensive publications .%高等教育的快速发展对高校图书馆员的专业性提出了更高的要求。目前突出强调图书情报学“本专业”性的学术评定标准在很大程度上阻碍了高校图书馆员的专业发展，暴露出诸多弊端。因此，建议在高校图书馆员学术成果评定中承认各学科的学术成果，按学科专业分类评价，创办多学科的综合刊物。
