养老金方向在劳保专业设置中的必要性——基于中南财大与西南财大的对比分析

         

摘要

The established goal of Labor and Social Security major is to train application-oriented talents undertaking labor and social security affairs. However, currently the establishment of this major appears homogeneity problem, the lack of major special orientation leads to the mismatch between teaching and employment. As the necessary knowledge of labor and social security major, pension plays a signiifcant role in getting certiifcates and employment for students. Based on the comparative analysis of major establishment between ZUEL and SWUFE, the paper suggests that colleges and universities should utilize their own features to establish pension orientation, taking the road of major feature training, establishing related courses and construct characteristic teachers group so as to meet the needs of market and society.%劳动与社会保障专业(以下简称劳保专业)人才培养定位是从事劳动与社会保障事业的应用型专门人才.目前劳保专业设置上存在同质化问题,专业特色方向的缺失导致教学与就业不匹配.养老金作为劳保专业的必备知识,对劳保专业学生考取资格证书、就业等有重要作用.基于中南财大与西南财大劳保专业设置的对比分析,本研究认为高等院校在劳保专业的设置上应利用自身特点增设养老金方向,走专业特色发展之路,重构课程体系,建设有特色的教师队伍,满足市场与社会需要.
