基于赛事平台机制下的创新教学团队培养--以武汉市交通学校教学团队培养为例

FacultyGbuilding is the key to the development of colleges.By means of the competition mechanismGbuilding and concrete practice,schools must adhere to both quality and ability of facultyG building cultivation.Furthermore,the results and achievements of competition for facultyGbuilding culG tivation should be proven.to be effectine Colleges should take effective measures for building doubleG professional teaching team.It is clear that there is driving force and drag force in teaching team.ThereG fore,colleges should be concerned with driving force instead of drag force.FacultyGbuilding cultivation is a longGterm process and can’t be done at one stroke.%师资队伍建设是学校发展的关键，通过赛事平台的构建及实践，理清教师队伍培养中素质与能力两条主线，进一步验证赛事培养的效果及成绩，有效培养双师型教学团队。提出赛事培养中的“结果与过程”、“动力与阻力”两个误区的态度，进一步阐明师资队伍培养是一个长期过程，不是一蹴而就的。
