However , the allocation decision implies specific unjust because it ignores the differences of human beings .In order to get rid of this injustice , Feldman constructed C +JH of consequentialism axiology on the base of im-manent value .It considers consequences , reaches an agreement between right and deserve , pays attention to past action and moral quality , therefore , it not only maintains crucial notion , but also realizes the equal treat-ment to all.
