新建应用型本科院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的若干思考

     

摘要

Newly-approved application-oriented universities, accounting for one third of Chinese uniersities and colleges, have constituted an important part of China's higher education system. To adapt to the national and regional economic and social development, meet the requirements of the school's special and sustainable development, and satisfy the needs of the students" development, newly-approved application-oriented universities are urgently required to build a double-qualification faculty team, which can be achieved via strengthening the quality awareness of teachers with double certificates, expanding their introduction channels, enhancing their cooperation with the related field, establishing a stable win-win training olatform for them and so on.%新建应用型本科院校占我国本科院校的1/3,成为我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分。为了适应国家和区域经济社会发展的需要,为了满足学生发展的需要,也为了学校自身特色发展、持续发展的需要.新建应用型本科院校迫切需要通过强化“双师”素质意识、拓宽引进“双师型”专业师资的渠道、加强与行业的合作、建立稳定双赢的“双师型”教师培养平台等途径打造一支高素质“双师型”师资队伍。
