高校非教学单位考核机制研究

摘要

The assessment of non teaching units is an important link of college assessment.Based on the assessment principles for non teaching units,this paper clarifies the existing problems by analyzing the assessment situation in non teaching units and advises to adjust the proportion of quantitative and qualitative evaluation in the non teaching units.The paper also put forward to combine the self assessment with democratic evaluation to improve the accuracy of the assessment,built specific assessment system aimed at non teaching units,explicit relationship in different appraisal indicators and calculation methods.The paper comes up with specific methods to improve the assessment system continuously and puts forward some rational proposals for the non teaching units evaluation.%非教学单位考核是高校考核工作的一个重要环节,目前考核工作中普遍存在考核方式单一、民主测评范围狭窄、＂人情票＂现象等问题。根据非教学单位的考核原则,必须明确非教学单位的职责,正确认识非教学单位考核主体和客体的关系,同时拓宽考核者范围,广开评价渠道。要提高非教学单位考核的准确性,可以建立专门针对非教学单位考核的评价体系,形成以目标考核为主、定性与定量相结合的考核机制。
