对地方高等师范院校服务农村教育的思考

摘要

农村教育是教育工作的重要组成部分,而地方高等师范院校目前服务农村教育的意识还比较薄弱,存在诸多问题。在推进社会主义新农村建设的背景下,地方高等师范院校服务农村教育,对提高农村教师和农民的整体素质、提高农村教育的办学水平等方面有着深远意义。地方高等师范院校应该牢固树立服务意识,主动研究农村教育现状,改革课程结构,端正大学生就业观念,积极拓展服务路径,从而实现服务农村教育的可持续发展。%The education in the rural areas is the very important part of the educational work,but the consciousness that teachers Colleges should serve the rural education should be strengthened.On the background of advancing the new countryside construction,it is of great significance for local teachers colleges to serve rural education,help to improve the overall quality of rural teachers and farmers and raise the rural educational level.The education in rural areas must firmly build up the serving consciousness,actively study the rural educational situation,reform the curriculum structure,set up the correct concept of college students employment,and positively expand service routes so as to achieve the sustainable development for the rural education.
