大学生能力素质评价体系研究——从科技创新的视角进行分析

基于正确的理论评价体系，可以为大学生能力素质培养工作带来更好的指导作用。但是，目前理论界对当代大学生能力素质的评价体系研究还很薄弱，在论述了科技创新在大学生能力素质培养过程中的重要作用的基础上，从科技创新为视角，根据管理的创新职能，说明建立能力素质评价体系的必要性和可行性，构建了一套大学生能力素质评价体系，并提出了实施该评价体系的措施。%Based on a correct theory, evaluation system of ability for college students should be of a better quality of guidance However, the effort in studying evaluation system of contemporary college students＇ ability and quality is still far from satisfying. This pape discusses the scientific and technological innovation ability and quality among college students based on the role of culture and from th, perspective of technological innovation, management innovation based on the functions. It is advisable to develop building a college studen ability and quality evaluation system. Some measures for the implementation of the evaluation system are proposed.
