高校法律顾问制度运行模式研究及其完善--以湖南本科院校为例

摘要

建立法律顾问制度是贯彻落实教育规划纲要精神、推进依法治校的重要体现和有效途径。在调研湖南省32所本科高校推行法律顾问制度实践的基础上，归纳、分析这一制度在湖南高校的管理机制、运行模式以及存在的问题，并结合高校办学特点和借鉴国内成功做法，提出进一步完善高校法律顾问制度的具体对策。%Establishing the legal adviser system is an important embodiment of the outline of the national medium -and long -term program for education reform and development , also an effective way for managing the university by law . On the basis of research to aim at 32 universities in Hunan province , this paper analyses several shortcomings of the legal adviser system besides concluding current management mechanism and running mode . Then according to the reality of university and relevant successful experiences , try to propose some concrete countermeasures for ameliorating the legal adviser system .
