基本公共服务均等化的新农村医疗卫生建设研究--以河南省宝丰县宋湾移民新村为例

摘要

实现基本公共服务均等化是当前新农村建设的目标之一，河南省宝丰县移民新村在2009年按照新农村的标准修建，因此研究移民新村的医疗卫生状况问题，对于在新农村建设中实现公共服务均等化的探究有一定的代表作用。通过对比分析法，指出宋湾村的医疗卫生建设存在着医疗人才匮乏，床位短缺，设备不足，常备药品不可及，资金来源渠道单一等问题，针对这些问题，指出要多渠道保障医疗卫生资源的充分供给，保障公民享受公共服务。%Practicing equal basic public service is one of the aims of current new rural development . Songwan immigration village in Baofeng county of Henan province was built in accordance with the standards of the new countryside construction in 2009 . Studying medical and health problems of the immigration village and practicing equality of public service in new rural community is of great significance . Based on the comparative study , the author of this paper holds that there is a lack of medical talents , shortage of beds equipment , regular medicines and funds . The author of this paper holds that we should ensure the supply of medical and health resources by multi -channel and guarantee citizens'right to enjoy public service .
