和平文化资源的整理与旅游开发--以大湘西地区为例

在文化与旅游联系日益紧密的今天，整理并开发和平文化资源，具有人文效益与经济效益双重功效。目前，大湘西地区和平文化资源的保护与开发已现良好局面，但也有不足。因此，多方联动、科学整合，以及从“道”、“法”、“术”的层面实施深度开发，不仅对实现大湘西地区和平文化旅游资源的合理开发和优化配置具有重要的指导性作用，而且会对促进世界的和谐发展和人类社会的进步产生启示。%As culture and tourism are increasingly connected today , consolidation and exploitation of peace cultural resources have double effects on human and economic benefits . At present , the protection and development of the peace cultural resources in the greater Xiangxi area is in a good situation ,but there are also shortcomings .Therefore ,multi - party interaction ,scientific integration , as well as implementing the depth development from the “Tao” , “law” , “operation” level , not only have important guiding role to the reasonable development and optimal allocation of peace cultural tourism resources in the greater Xiangxi area , but also will have implications for promoting the harmonious development of world and progress in human society .
