电化学发光法和胶体金免疫层析法测定血清降钙素原优劣性分析

             

摘要

Objective To explore the consistency of procalcitonin ( PCT) testing using the electrochemical luminescence method ( quantitative) and colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay ( qualitative) .Methods Patients were divided into a low concentration group (PCT≤2.0ng /m1) and a high concentration group (PCT >2.0ng /m1).The quantitative PCT results(>0.5 ng/m1) by the electrochemical luminescence method were taken as positive samples, which would benefit the comparison between the two methods.Results The sensitivity of detection results by electrochemical luminescence ( quantita-tive) method was higher than that by the colloidal gold immune chromatography ( qualitative) rapid diagnostic card.The difference was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The advantage of electrochemical luminescence method is high sensi-tivity, while the colloidal gold immune chromatography assay is typical of being quick and easy.Either or both methods could be employed in clinical tests according to actual situation to favor the early diagnosis of bacteria infection or sepsis.%目的:探讨降钙素原电化学发光法(定量)和胶体金免疫层析法(定性)检测结果的一致性,为合理选择降钙素原检测方法提供试验依据。方法将患者分为低浓度组(PCT≤2.0 ng/m1)和高浓度组(PCT>2.0 ng/m1),将电化学发光法测定的定量结果PCT>0.5 ng/m1作为阳性样本,以利于两种方法之间的比较。结果电化学发光法(定量)检测结果的灵敏度比胶体金免疫层析法(定性)的快速诊断卡高,两种不同方法测定的结果差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论电化学发光法优点是灵敏度高,胶体金免疫层析法优点是快速简便,临床上应根据实际情况选择一种或两种方法同时检测,以有利于细菌感染、脓毒症或败血症的早期诊断。
