侧脑室钻孔引流治疗脑出血破入脑室临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨侧脑室钻孔引流手术救治脑出血破入脑室系统患者的效果。方法：对脑出血破入脑室系统产生急性颅高压症状患者67例，采用单侧或双侧侧脑室钻孔引流。结果：康复良好及轻度残疾25例，占37.3％，中、重度残疾16例，占23.9％，植物生存状态8例，占11.9％，死亡18例，占26.9％。结论：采用侧脑室钻孔引流能显著提高因脑出血破入脑室产生急性高颅压患者救治成功率。%Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment of cerebral hemorrhage breaking into ventricles of the brain by drilling and drainage of the lateral ventricle.Methods:67 cases of patients with acute intracranial hypertension caused by cerebral hemorrhage breaking into ventricles were adopted and treated by drilling and drainage of the lateral ventricle.Results:Good recovery and mild disa-bility were in 25 cases (37.3%);severe disability in 16 cases (23.9%);plant condition in 8 cases (11.9%);and death occurred in 18 cases (26.9%) .Conclusion:The use of lateral ventricular drilling and drainage can significantly improve the treatment success rate of patients with acute high intracranial pressure due to cerebral hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles.
