村民自治是在我国农村地区实行家庭联产承包责任制之后才真正产生的。村民自治为农村经济的发展带来了活力，但是在村民自治实践的过程中也面临着乡村关系行政化日益严重的问题，这种现象产生的原因有制度法律层面上的不完善，也有传统乡村文化的影响。针对被异化的乡村关系，探索进一步的解决方案，尽快建立法律文本上确定的健康的乡村关系，对于推进我国基层民主制度的建设具有重大的现实意义。%Villager autonomy really appears after the household contract responsibility is implemented in rural areas in China .Although self -governance brings new energy to the development of rural econo‐my ,it is also facing the problem that the relationship betw een rural and tow n government is becoming more and more serious in the process of the practice of the villager autonomy .The causes of this phe‐nomenon are the incomplete system of legal level and the influence of the traditional village culture .In order to further explore the solution of the alienation of rural relations ,it is necessary to establish cer‐tain healthy rural relations in the legal text as soon as possible .And it is of great practical significance to advance the construction of democracy at the grassroots level system in China .
