谈大强度耐力训练对体育专业学生110m栏教学成绩的影响

         

摘要

高校培养的体育专业学生作为以后走上基层工作岗位的体育教师和教练员,对培养和发现优秀的110 m栏青少年人才起很大作用.但是目前高校有部分学生110 m跨栏跑各技术环节完成地并不令人满意,特别是学生在110 m栏跑的后半程出现体能下降、技术动作变形等,甚至有的不能达标.为解决上述困扰,作者通过改变教学训练手段,提出在110 m栏教学中加强体育专业学生的耐力素质训练,结果发现对学生的达标成绩、栏上技术等有关环节有明显提高.%Sports majors in university, as future P. E. teachers and coaches in basic working posts, play a major role in 110 m hurdles talents' cultivation. But at present some students' performance in technical links of 110 m hurdles is not satisfying, esp. the decline in physical ability and the distortion in technical movements in the last half way. Some even can't reach the standard. In order to solve the above problems, by changing teaching and training methods, the author proposes to reinforce sports majors' endurance training in 110 m hurdles teaching, finding improvement in training result and technology on hurdle, etc.
