丽江“东巴宫”民俗演艺发展变革的调查研究

摘要

Through interviewing and investigating relevant people, and access to relevant information, we analysis the problems in restructuring of operations of Dongba palace. The main problems are lacking of public drumbeating and communication of Dongba palace performance, blinding to cut the performance programs and taking more attention to the bar management, eventually leading to performance of Dongba palace at the box office revenue in trouble. Based on these problems, the manager of Dongba palace should increasing the public drumbeating, digging and neatening more valuable programs to rich the stage of Dongba palace, and continue to improve and open up a new mode of operation.%通过走访调查和查阅相关资料，分析了东巴宫在改制运营中存在的问题，主要包括：东巴宫演艺对外的宣传与交流的缺失；对演出节目一味删减；侧重夜间的酒吧运营等因素，导致东巴宫演出票房收益陷入困境。基于这些问题提出了加大东巴宫的宣传力度，不断发掘和整理新的有价值的节目丰富舞台，继续完善和开辟新的运营方式等措施。
