基于双语项目教学的高职国际金融专业复合型人才培养探究

摘要

This paper points out that cultivating international financial compound talents is the latest requirement of talent training in higher vocational colleges. It is also an urgent need for local economic development and indus-trial structure upgrading. However, at present there are three bottlenecks in cultivating international financial com-pound talents in higher vocational colleges. Under this circumstance, implementing bilingual education of project course is the key to solve these problems. This paper focuses on analyzing the construction of target system, process system, management system and security system of cultivating international financial compound talents which is based on bilingual project teaching in higher vocational colleges.%本文指出培养国际金融复合型人才既是国家对高职院校人才培养目标的最新要求,也是地方经济发展、产业结构升级对金融人才转型的迫切需要,而在目前高职国际金融专业复合型人才培养普遍存在三大瓶颈的情况下,实施项目课程的双语教学是解决这些缺陷的关键所在.文章重点剖析了构建基于双语项目教学的高职国际金融复合型人才培养的目标体系、过程体系、管理体系和保障体系.
