试论大学英语教学中工具性和人文性的兼顾与统一

摘要

大学英语课程是高校教育中的一门基础必修课，一直以来都发挥着非常重要的作用。然而，随着国际交流日益加强，大学英语教学也面临着更高的要求，尤其是学生的英语应用能力和人文素养都要更好地适应社会发展和国际交流。因此，在大学英语教学中坚持工具性和人文性的兼顾与统一，将有利于学生的良好发展。%College English Course, as one of the basic compulsory courses in higher education, is a course which plays a very important role. However, with the increasing international communication, some higher require-ments have been made in college English teaching and learning. Particularly, students' English practical application ability and humanistic quality should go with the development of our society and international communication. There-fore, the integration of humanism and instrumentalism in College English Teaching and Learning may help benefit students' good development.
