中国高校后勤管理模式刍议

         

摘要

Dual Attributes China University Logistics decided it to face the contradiction between the social and economic benefits; university logistics service system is difficult to resolve the existing management of this contradic原 tion. By the Chinese traditional philosophy "Harmony" Idea derived from the "harmony management model" that meets the economic effects of university logistics entity, able to meet the service needs of Universities. Construction of College Logistics Management "harmony model", focuses on developing logistics culture construction, service body, operating to expand the market and foster business areas, and create a business environment.%中国高校后勤服务实体的双重属性决定了它要面临社会效益与经济效益之间的矛盾;高校后勤服务体系现有管理模式难以化解这种矛盾。由中国传统哲学“和合思想”衍生出来的“和合管理模式”既能满足高校后勤实体的经济效应,亦能满足高校的服务需要。构建高校后勤管理“和合模式”,重点在于后勤文化的建设、服务主体的培养、经营市场的培育以及经营领域的拓展、经营环境的营造。
