基于模拟公司教学法的《旅行社经营与管理》课程设计与实践

         

摘要

当前高职旅游管理专业对《旅行社经营管理》课程教学改革进行了多种有益的尝试,本文作者结合该课程实践性强、知识综合运用要求高的突出特点,运用“模拟公司”这一教学方法进行了探索和实践,围绕教学目标、教学内容、课程考核等方面进行了详细的设计。通过实践发现这种方式对专业学生管理意识、团队合作、创新意识等方面的提升均取得了良好的成效。%The current higher vocational tourism management of the travel agency management course teaching reform was carried out a variety of beneficial attempt, in this paper, the author combined with the practical curricu-lum, the integrated use of knowledge requires high prominent characteristics, using the "simulation company" this teaching method has carried on the exploration and practice, around teaching target, teaching content, curriculum e-valuation and so on has carried on the detailed design. Through practice found that the way of student management, team cooperation consciousness, innovative consciousness and other improvements were achieved good results.
