现代大学民主治理框架下的共青团工作创新研究

摘要

强调多元合作、民主治理的现代大学制度已经成为高等教育界广泛的共识，学生参与高校民主治理成为改革的基本内容，高校共青团组织作为在校青年学生利益的代表，其在现代大学民主治理框架下的角色定位应是利益协调的中介与整合，并着力进行利益表达机制、权益维护机制、民主参与机制与公民素养培育机制的工作创新。%It is a public consensus that the modern university system has emphasised multifaceted cooperation and democratic governance in higher education. The students participate in the democratic governance in universities become the basic content of the reform. As the representatives of the young students' benefits, the Communist Youth League of universities plays an important role of intermediary and integration of benefits coordination in the frame of democratic governance of modern university,and foucing on working innovation of benefits expression mechanism, rights maintenance mechanism, democratic participation mechanism and citizen's qualities cultivation mechanism.
