重点实验室大型仪器设备管理和使用的几点思考

摘要

With the development of scientific research departments at all levels increasing,the number of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities key laboratory increased rapidly. In order to improve the rate of use of large laboratories,and effectively improve the scientific research output,this paper put forward several point of labo-ratory use of large equipment and management from three aspects of mechanisms such as setting up a sound manage-ment system of instrument and equipment,the establishment of large-scale instruments and equipment to build co-ordination and sharing and the experimental technical team construction.%随着各级部门对科研的重视度逐渐增强，全国各大高校重点实验室的大型仪器数量也因为科研投入的增加而迅速增多。为了提高重点实验室大型仪器的使用率，并有效地提高科研产出，本文从建立健全仪器设备管理制度、建立大型仪器设备的统筹共建和开放共享机制、实验技术队伍建设三个方面，对省级重点实验室大型仪器使用及管理提出思考。
