开放性实验在大学生创新能力培养中的作用

摘要

开放性实验教学在培养创新型人才中具有十分重要的作用。本文探讨了传统实验教学存在的问题，从教学内容与教学方式、实验室管理制度以及激励措施等三个方面，分析了开放性实验教学在大学生创新能力培养中的作用。%Open experimental teaching plays a very important role in the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper discusses the problems existed in traditional experimental teaching,from three aspects of the teaching content and teaching methods,the laboratory management system and incentive measures,analyzed the effect of opening ex-perimental teaching in training students' innovative ability.
