普通高校实验室的建设与创新

摘要

现代大学生缺乏的不是理论知识，而是动手能力和，实验技能。一些名牌院校的实验室无论是在模拟基地还是在实验设备方面都显得有许多优势，所以加强普通院校实验室的建设与创新势在必行。加强实验室建设学校就必须开展特色实验项目，加强自主实验建设，不断深化实验教学改革；加快实验室管理信息系统建设，营造网络化、规划化的实验教学环境。加强实验室创新，组建一支动手能力强，思维严谨，创新力强的实验队伍。以此来推进本科生科研计划，提高实验室效益。%Instead of lack of theoretical knowledge, modern college students have weak practical ability and lack of experimental skills. Some laboratories of famous universities have many advantages in both simulated base and aspect of experiment equipment. So it is important to strengthen the laboratory construction and innovation of commoncolleges. The laboratory construction should be strengthened and developed characteristic experiment project to improve the construction of independent experiment, deepen experiment teaching reform, accelerate the construc-tion of laboratory management information system, build network, and formal experimental teaching environment. Meanwhile it should strengthen the laboratory innovation, form an experiment team that has strong practical ability, rigorous thinking, and strong innovation to promote undergraduate research project and improve the efficiency of the laboratory.
