我国“学分银行”制度建设策略分析

"Credit Bank" is a new education management system raised in the field of higher education in re-cent years. Early in the last century, many foreign countries began to make the research related to credit banks. At present, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, College Road, the Community Open University and other regions have built a regional credit bank, but due to lack of experience in the development of credit bank, some problem appear accordingly. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status of the construction of the credit bank and the existing problems, and proposes the strategies to build the credit bank on this basis.%“学分银行”是近几年高等教育领域提出的一种新型的教育管理制度。早在上世纪中叶国外很多发达国家就开始对学分银行进行了相关的研究。目前，上海、浙江、北京、陕西、江苏、云南、广东、福建、山东、学院路共同体等地区开放大学都已经建好区域性的学分银行，但是由于我国学分银行的发展经验不足，导致存在一些问题，基于此，文章主要对当前我国学分银行的建设现状及存在的问题进行分析，并在此基础上提出学分银行的建设策略。
