创新高校大学生党员后续教育路径研究--基于广西医学本科院校大学生党员的调查分析

摘要

How to bring forth innovative thoughts and take effective measures to intensify the follow-up educa-tion work for the undergraduate party members and play the pioneering and exemplary role of the undergraduate party members is an important problem faced in the work of party building in colleges and universities. In order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the undergraduate party members' follow-up education, it is required to innovate the method research of the follow-up education of the undergraduate party members in colleges and uni-versities, strengthen the party affairs management team construction, transform the educational methods for the party members, renovate the theoretical education contents, deepen the undergraduate party members' educational prac-tices, and establish scientific and effective supervision and assessment mechanisms.%当下很多高校普遍存在大学生党员后续教育意识淡薄、党务教育管理队伍不健全、大学生党员后续教育内容及形式单调乏味等问题。如何创新思路，采取有效措施，强化大学生党员的后续教育工作，发挥大学生党员先锋模范作用，是高校党建工作面临的重要问题。为了提高大学生党员后续教育的针对性和实效性，就要创新高校大学生党员后续教育路径研究，强化党务管理队伍建设、转变党员教育方式、革新理论教育内容、深化大学生党员教育实践和建立科学有效的监督和考核机制。
