浅析民办高校青年教师入职教育存在的问题及对策

As an important link of the professional development of the young teachers, the induction education is an important part of teacher education. The implementation of the induction education will help young teachers improve the ability to adapt to the work and enhance their overall quality.But in our private universities, induction education of young teachers is often unsatisfactory and still has some problems, such as insufficient awareness of young teachers' induction education, single training form, inadequate contents and other problems, which seriously hindered the development of young teachers. According to these problems in induction education of young teachers in private university, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the overall level of the induction education of young teachers in private universities.%青年教师入职教育是教师专业发展中的重要一节，同时也是教师教育的一个重要组成部分。入职教育的实施有利于提高青年教师的工作适应能力，提升青年教师的整体素质。但是在我国民办高校中，青年教师入职教育的开展往往不尽人意，存在对青年教师入职教育认识不足，入职教育的培训形式单一和内容不够丰富等诸多问题，严重阻碍了青年教师的发展。文章从对民办高校青年教师入职教育存在的问题入手，提出相应的解决对策，以期提高民办高校青年教师入职教育的整体水平。
