“四证合一”背景下医学研究生科研创新能力的培养途径

科研能力的培养和训练是研究生教育的核心内容。“四证合一”全新的培养模式要求医学生一方面进行住院医师规范化培训，同时开展研究生阶段的学习。只有具备了科研创新能力才能在医学研究中实现发展和突破。文章分析了医学研究生科研能力培养过程中存在的不足，并提出了相应的解决对策。%The cultivation and training of scientific research ability is the major content for the post graduate students. The new education model of "Unification of Four Certificates" requires the post graduate students to carry out Resident Physician Normalized Trainingand regular post graduate educationat the meantime. Development and break through in medical research can only be achieved when the graduate students have mastered the scientific innovation skills. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the scientific research cultivation progress of medical post graduate students, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
