危机管理视角下的高校平安校园建设研究

摘要

基于危机管理视角,采用问卷调查法,在描述高校平安校园建设现状的基础上,深入分析校园安全问题产生的原因,主要表现为平安校园建设制度不完善、重视不够、安全管理体系和机制不健全、校园周边缺乏安全屏障、校园安全文化薄弱等方面.将危机管理理论与校园安全问题相结合,提出相对应的解决措施及建议,为高等院校的平安校园建设提供依据.%Based on the present situation of campus security ，this paper analyzes the causes of campus security problems by using questionnaire method. The existing problems include incomplete law system, lack of attention, incomplete system and institution of safe management, weak school safety culture, etc. In the end, combining the theory of crisis management with the situation of campus security, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions to improve campus security construction in colleges and universities.
