PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of an information sharing system at the occurrence of a disaster.SOLUTION: A crisis management information sharing device 1 includes: a crisis information acquisition part for acquiring disaster information including a list of an area where a disaster has occurred and the scale of the disaster in each area; a thread generation part 12 for, when the scale of the disaster indicated by the disaster information acquired by the disaster information acquisition part is equal to or more than a predetermined scale, and the area where the disaster has occurred includes a predetermined area, generating an electronic bulletin board for registering information indicating the safety of a user for each disaster which has occurred; a safety inquiry part 14 for acquiring information indicating the contact address of the user stored in a storage part, and for transmitting a message for requesting the input of any predetermined choice indicating the safety of the user to the acquired contact address of the user; an information collection part 15 for receiving the input of any predetermined choice from the user; and an information output part 16 for displaying the information indicating the safety of the user by classifying the safety information by color for each choice whose input has been received by the information collection part on the electronic bulletin board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
