基于协同创新的土建创新人才培养研究

This paper analyzes the problems in the process of training innovative talents in our university, and discusses the innovational talent cultivation mode based on collaborative innovation from the curriculum reform, the building of innovational competition system, construction of teaching staff, practical training system and the building of industry-university-research institute alliance, providing theoretical reference for innovational talent cultivation of civil engineering specialty.%分析了我国高校目前培养创新型人才过程中存在的问题与不足，从课程改革、创新竞赛体系、师资队伍建设、实践培养体系，产学研联盟构建等方面探讨了基于协同创新的创新人才培养模式，对高校土建类创新人才培养提供理论借鉴。
