摘要

教师的职业生命周期理论已成为教育界的共识。教师的智识和能力的差异引发的职业生命周期时间节点各不相同。把握节点的最佳策略就是通过构建民主管理的校园环境、满足组织主体的内在需求来激发教师的潜能,促进教师的快速成长。%Teachers'career life cycle theory has become a consensus in educational field , and the time nodes of teachers'career life cycle vary from each other due to the differences in teachers'intellect and ability . The best strategy to grasp the node is to inspire teachers'potential and promote their rapid grow th by building democratic campus environment and meeting the internal needs of the organization body .
