教师职业法律素质的培养途径研究

The professionaI IegaI quaIity of teachers can’t be improved unIess they are trained consciousIy by certain cuItivation ways .We can reform the curricuIum of normaI universities and incIude teachers’ professionaI IegaI knowIedge into the cuItivating pIan , improve post‐occupation training system and combine teachers’ professionaI IegaI quaIity cuItivation with teachers’ virtue consoIidation ,manage universities by Iaw to form a practicaI base for IegaI concept and consciousness deveIopment ,as weII as discuss typicaI cases that take pIace in practice in order to promote the mentaIity and abiIity of operating according to Iaw .%教师的法律素质必须经过一定形式的有意识培养才能形成。可以通过改革师范教育课程，把教师职业法律知识的课程教学纳入教师培养计划；改革在职教师继续教育系统，把师德建设与教育法律素质的培养结合起来；学校实行依法治校管理模式，构建法制观念、意识形成的现实基础；以及开展实践中所发生的典型案例讨论，强化教师依法执教观念和依法执教的实践操作能力等途径展开教师法律素质培养。
