论职前教师专业成长的路径与策略--基于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》的思考

         

摘要

Pre-service teachers’professional growth usually has always been ignored, though it is the basic premise and an important part for teachers’ professional development.Teachers’ professional development should be constantly pursued throughout the whole teaching life.In response to Teacher Education Curriculum Standards (trial), this paper, centered on excellent teachers’qualities, aims to seek the path and strategy of pre-service teachers’professional growth from three aspects: strengthening teachers’education belief and responsibility consciousness to achieve people-oriented education, developing teachers’knowledge and ability through lifelong learning, attaching great importance to the teacher education practice to highlight practice orientation.%职前教师专业成长往往不被关注和重视,然而,职前教师专业成长却是整个教师专业成长的基本前提和重要环节。教师专业成长应该贯穿于教师职前、职后乃至一生。基于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》对教师的要求,围绕优秀教师的特质与素养,分别从“育人为本”,强化教师教育信念与责任意识;“终身学习”,发展教师知识与能力;“实践取向”,重视教师的教育实践与体验三个方面为职前教师专业成长寻找路径和策略。
