随着信息传播技术的高速发展，网络的影响面之广、传播速度之快、涉及面之大，已经超出了人们的想像，网络舆情事件与传统的舆情事件相比，网络舆情分布广、传播速度快、并可进行互动式交流等特点，不仅吸收了传统舆情的优点，还弥补其传播范围窄、传播速度慢、互动式交流差等缺点。如何对网络舆情进行理性的引导，是现今从们关心的重要问题。%With the development of information spreading technology, the effect of internet is beyond imagination in its scope and speed.
