时间化与人本化--白先勇小说人物建构论

摘要

The publication of the novel entitled Taipei People marks Bai Xianyong’s maturity as novelist .The characters in two novels :Taipei People and Crystal Boys indicate the author’s consummate craftsmanship of characterization .Beyond the ideological bias ,with an objective stance ,Bai Xianyong has created two models of characterization , that is temporal and humanistic dimensions by which the characters in the novels are endowed with historical and spiritual value .The models offer a good example of combination of Chinese localism and the Western literary spirits .%白先勇作从《台北人》起，其小说创作可谓已步入成熟阶段。从《台北人》和《孽子》中小说人物的构建可见，对人物的把握上，白先勇摆脱了意识形态偏见，以更为客观的立场，在时间化和人本化的人物构建模式中，赋予人物历史深度和精神深度，构筑起两个独具魅力的艺术形象体系。这为中国作家如何继承本土经验，又能化用西方现代文学精神提供了重要参照。
