对话教育理念指导下的大学生思想政治教育

摘要

对话教育强调的是教育的双方相互尊重，相互理解，平等交流，是人文精神在教育过程中的体现。大学生思想政治教育工作的本质就是要从根本上使学生提高认识，形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。以对话教育理念为指导的大学生思想政治教育工作要求教育者能够学会倾听，尊重个别差异，开展网络对话，让学生参与管理等，这些是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的有效途径。%Dialog education emphasizes mutual respect, understanding and equal communication, which are embodiment of humanities spirit in education. The essence of ideological and political education work on collegestudents is to make them basically improve the awareness, form a correct viewpoint of the world and life. So the work requires the educators should listen attentively , respect individual differences, have net dialog, invitestudents to join in the management, which are effective means to do the work.
