全媒体背景下思想政治教育创新的策略选择

摘要

At present , the society has entered the omnimedia era .The rapid development of various new media brings the new challenges to the ideological and political education .Under the background of omnimedia , the traditional model of the ideological and political work in colleges is being challenged and the authority of the main work is affected .Besides , omnimedia has an impact on establishing undergraduates ’ values and it can cause students'psychological problems and personality disorder easily .At the same time , omnimedia also puts forward the new request to the ideological and political education workers ’ media literacy.Therefore, we should vigorously pro-mote the humanized , realistic and diversified methods of the ideological and political education .Meanwhile , we should advance the innovation of campus media approach , create a blog of the ideological and political education , rich the form of the ideological and political education , and carry out the education of the network morals and sys-tems actively .%全媒体时代各种新媒体的飞速发展对思想政治教育带来了挑战。在全媒体背景下，传统高校思想政治工作模式受到挑战，思想政治工作主体的权威性受到影响，全媒体对大学生价值观的树立造成了影响，易引发大学生心理问题与人格障碍，同时全媒体也对思想政治教育工作者的媒体素养提出了新要求。为此，应大力推行人性化、现实化、多样化的思想政治教育方法，推进校园媒体途径的创新，创建思想政治教育博客，丰富思想政治教育形式，积极开展网络道德与网络法制教育。
