论高校图书馆与通识教育实践∗

摘要

General education is a new mode of modern talents cultivation. The university library is the docu-ment information center and the important learning center of students and will be the main classroom to implement general education. We should realize the connotation and the importance of university general education, probe the advantages of university libraries and seek the ways of playing their important roles in general education practice.%通识教育是现代人才培养新模式。高校图书馆是高校的文献信息中心和大学生重要的学习活动中心，将成为通识教育教学的主课堂。我们必须认识通识教育的涵义和高校开展通识教育的重要性，探讨高校图书馆在通识教育中具有的优势，寻找出进一步发挥高校图书馆在通识教育中的作用的途径。
