基于社会学视角的导游冲突问题研究∗

摘要

The modernization of China’ s tourism industries is a developing mode of surpassing. As one of the main study objects of tourism sociology, the living condition of the enterprises and their proprietors should be paid close attention. In recent years, more and more conflict issues among guides, visitors and management departments have been frequently reported by medias, and they are even spreading to become serious social problems. Studying the typical guide conflict affairs in recent years, the paper analyzes the main social problems such as incorrect atti-tude, strikes and crime from the perspective of sociology, and then puts forward some response measures.%我国旅游业的现代化是一种“赶超型”的发展模式，作为旅游社会学主要研究对象之一，旅游企业和旅游经营从业者的生存状况应受到更多的关注。近年来经过媒体曝光的全国各地爆发的导游与游客及旅游管理部门之间的冲突越来越多，导游冲突有蔓延发展并成为一种社会问题的趋势。本文从近年来全国各地发生的导游人员冲突事件入手，从旅游社会学角度分析了导游队伍中存在的社会问题，如职业心态不正、罢工、犯罪等越轨行为，探讨解决的对策和措施。
