融合康复产业的高职专科健康养老专业人才培养的思考

摘要

人口老龄化是中国大陆现阶段及长期所必须面对的社会问题,迫切需要养老服务方面的专业人才.分析了我国大陆健康养老专业人才培养现状和存在的问题,指出开设相关专业的高职专科院校必须着眼于未来,与康复产业融合.就融合康复产业的健康养老专业人才培养改革问题,从修订人才培养目标、完善教学大纲、改革课程设置、加强实践教学、优化师资队伍等方面进行了阐述.%The aging of population is a social problem that must be faced in the present stage and the long term of China, therefore, the professional talents in the pension services have become the urgent need.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of professional talents of health care in mainland China, and points out that the higher vocational colleges should set their eyes on the future and integrate with the rehabilitation industry.It expounds the reform of health care professionals training based on the integration of rehabilitation industry, in the aspects of revising training objectives, improving teaching syllabus, curriculum reforming, strengthening practice teaching and optimizing teaching staffs.
