群体性事件的成因与对策

摘要

In recent years, mass disturbance in our country are more and more intensified, and it has seriously interfered the normal social order and destroyed social harmony. In order to promote the process of rule of law and build a harmonious socie- ty, it is the first imperative for the theoretical cycle and the relevant departments to take legal means to effectively resolve the mass disturbance according to the features and causes of the events.%近几年来,群体性事件在我国正愈演愈烈,已严重地干扰了正常的社会秩序,破坏了社会的和谐。为推动法治进程、构建和谐社会,针对我国群体性事件的特点、原因,采取法律手段去有效化解群体性事件,是理论界与实际部门的当务之急。
