职业导向的应用心理学专业实践教学体系构建——以衡水学院为例

应用心理学专业实践教学体系的构建应以职业为导向,以培养职业能力为目标精准设计.中小学心理健康教师的职业能力要求从业者既要具备教师的基本素质,又要具有心理咨询师的素养,基于中小学心理健康教师导向的应用心理学专业的人才培养要立足"一个核心",以职业能力培养为核心;建设"3个平台":课程实践教学平台、专业实践教学平台、社会实践教学平台,形成"一核心三平台"应用心理学专业实践教学体系.%The construction of practical psychology teaching system for applied psychology should be career-oriented and accurately designed with the goal of cultivating professional competence.The occupational competence of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools requires that practitioners not only have the basic qualities of teachers, but also have the qualities of psychological counselors.The cultivation of talents for applied psychology based on the guidance of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools should be based on"one core", with professional competence training as the core;"3 platforms"should be built:curriculum practical teaching platform, professional practical teaching platform, social practical teaching platform.Thus, "one core and three platforms"professional practical teaching system for applied psychology is formed.
