建立大学生志愿服务长效机制的探索与思考

摘要

我国的志愿服务经过几十年的发展,已经取得了显著成就,但大学生志愿服务活动过程中存在着一些问题：对志愿服务精神缺乏深刻认识;组织管理机制不健全;可提供项目建设和权益保障不足。建议加强对志愿服务精神和理念的宣传;建立明确的组织管理机制;建立完善的社会服务保障体系。%After decades of development,the voluntary service in our country has made significant achievements.But there are still such problems in college students＇ volunteer service activities as the lack of profound understanding of the volunteer spirit,imperfect organization and management mechanism and inadequate guarantee of rights and interests for available project construction.In view of this,it is advisable to greatly publicize volunteer spirit,establish clear organization and management mechanism and perfect social service system.
