地方高校学报职能定位及可持续发展路径

摘要

随着新闻出版体制改革不断深入,专业化学术期刊越来越多,数字化、网络化等传播方式越来越普遍,地方高校学报的发展面临新的挑战和机遇。地方高校学报要实现可持续发展,必须找准功能定位,充分发挥其自身的价值。要立足本校,整合优势资源,主编、编辑履行自身职责,利用数字化、网络化环境下表现出的越来越强的学术传播能力,发挥地方高校学报学术信息的价值。%With the deep reform of news publishing system,there have appeared more and more specialized academic journals and digital,networked forms of communication are more popular,which has brought new challenges and opportunities to the development of local university journals.In order to have sustainable development,local university journals must identify their function orientation,give full play to their own values,and based on the university itself,integrate the advantageous resources;the editors-in-chief and other editors,should fulfill their duties and make use of the digital,networked environment which increasingly demonstrates the academic communication ability to bring the academic information value of the local university journals into play.
