The opera Savage Land created by the famous composer, Jing Xiang in 1978 is a profound revelation of humanistic contortion, repression, love and hate. With dramatic presentation as its means, it starts with figures and proceeds dauntless exploration in thematic design, harmony and Orchestration. It has not only absorbed the manifestation mode of the grand opera in Europe but also integrated traditional Chinese cultural factors.
